Don’t you just love the holidays? The holidays are not always eggnog, candy canes and movie scenes, are they? We have a laundry list of to-dos to get the house ready for guests, a long list of secret santa gifts to buy, errands to run, people to entertain, work to do. It can make your head spin!
But we don’t want another year to just pass us by while we stay stuck in chaos, commitments and clutter.
It’s starting to get colder, which means our bodies are also shifting in how we function we’re reminded about the intensity of weather changes when it’s rainy, snow falls and storms hit, so we have to be prepared.
