Gratitude is that glow you have when you come from a place of love and appreciation. The role of gratitude in making life enjoyable, liveable, and the best it can be is so important. And it’s actually an easy thing to do, be and have–gratitude!
Gratitude is not about material possession, money, resources, or status—you can be happy you have those things or came across those things, but the feeling of gratitude isn’t those things. It’s the visceral feeling behind *ownership*, the feeling of be genuinely appreciative to have had the experience with the item.
We can build our “gratitude muscle” like we do any other habit.
